At Roxborough Water and Sanitation District, keeping our customers informed is one of our top priorities—especially when it comes to urgent or emergency notifications. Whether it’s a planned water outage, an unexpected main break, or a reverse 911 call or email, having accurate contact information for all our customers helps us communicate quickly and effectively.
In today’s world, timely information can make a big difference. We want to be sure we can reach you when it matters most—and not just at your home address. Many of us travel, work outside the home, or have secondary phone numbers or email addresses that are better for receiving these important updates. That’s why we’re encouraging all customers to take a few minutes to either submit or update their contact information with us.

Option 1: Update Online
Visit our website https://roxwater.specialdistrict.org/registration. Fill out the quick online form to provide or update your contact details. Once you hit submit, your information comes directly to our team.
Option 2: Use the QR Code on Your Billing Insert
In your June billing statement, you’ll find our “Stay Informed” insert. This insert includes a QR code—just scan it with your phone and it will take you straight to our website’s registration page where you can enter your contact information.
Keeping your contact information current is one of the best ways you can help us serve you better. It ensures that if we need to get in touch—whether for an emergency, a service update, or simply a question about your account—we can reach you quickly.
